If you dream that you see yourself using the rouge; the dream denotes that you will attempt to attain your desires by deceiving. To dream that you see others with rouge on their faces; this warns you that some are cunningly using you to further their selfish interest. If you dream that you see rouge on your hands or clothing; this warns you that some scheme you are plotting will be discovered. To dream that the rouge on your face comes off; this forewarns that you will suffer humiliation before your competitor and that you will lose your lover because you pretend to be what you are not.
